These Terms of Service apply to you as a member, being a user or advertiser at snehads. As a registered user, you have confirmed you have read, understood and accepted the following terms and conditions of these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to any of these terms, you cannot use our services.

1. USER ACCOUNT

1.1. Your login password must be kept private and confidential at all times. We provide additional security features to help safeguard your account and it is recommended that you use them to protect it.

1.2. Account is not transferable.

1.3. You can only have one account. Any attempt to create more than one account will lead to the permanent suspension of all accounts involved. This also applies to your payment processor account(s), which must be unique and cannot be shared with another user.

1.4. Your email addresses will not be shown, given or sold.

1.5. Snehads will not modify user account information based on user request. For security reasons, only the users can modify the data in their own accounts, directly in their Personal Settings page.

1.6. Since your password is to be kept secret, we do not have access to view your password. If you forget your password you will be sent an automatically generated password. In the event of someone hacking your account, we hold no responsibility. Keep your information secure.

1.7. Your account needs to have a unique username and email address.

1.8. As your password must be kept secret from others, we store it in an irreversible format. In the unlikely event of someone hacking into your account, we will not be held responsible. When you request your password, we will send you a new one to your email. We also offer additional methods of protecting your account that we recommend you use to further protect it..

1.9. A computer must only be used by a single user account to View Ads. If multiple accounts are used for the purpose of View Ads on a single computer, all accounts involved will be permanently suspended.

1.10. All currency values shown in your account including purchases and withdrawals are in United States dollars (USD).

1.11. Each advertisement can be viewed multiple times by the same IP address but credited only once per 24 hours.

1.12. Accessing your account from proxies / VPN or shared network environments (such as, but not limited to, schools, LAN houses, cybercafés, etc.) is not allowed and may lead to the permanent suspension of your account.

1.13. Newly registered accounts left inactive 48 hours after registration are automatically removed from our system.

2. REFERRALS

2.1. You may earn from referrals that you referred yourself.

2.2. Every one of your referrals, as users, must have a unique email address.

2.3. The clicks you earn from referrals are directly related to the clicks you make. If you click at least 15 advertisements, you will receive all clicks made by your referrals. If you click below that, the maximum you will receive will be equal to the number of clicks you have made multiplied by the number of referrals you have. Referral clicks will be calculated according to the clicks you made on the previous day. These calculations are based on the server time as seen in the "View Ads" page. The Ads that count are: Exclusive Ads, Premium Ads, Regular Ads.

2.4. The clicks made by your referrals will be credited to your account instantly if you have met the click requirements for the previous day.

2.5. The maximum number of referrals a user can have depends on the user's membership, pack, as well as membership time. Users can see the limit in the referrals listing page.

2.6. A referral will never be able to modify / remove their referrer. If a referral of yours does not click any advertisements within 30 consecutive days, will automatically removed from our system.

2.7. We reserve the right to ask members to promote through referral links only when we think promotions may be suspicious or we can not determine the quality of the traffic being sent.

2.8. Users referring themselves or creating multiple accounts will have all of their accounts suspended.

3. FORUM, CHAT AND GENERAL USERS BEHAVIOR

3.1.You must be respectful towards other users at all times. Failing to do so may lead to the revocation of your Forum privileges.

3.2. When registered and logged in, you can post new topics or polls and answer or vote in previously created ones in the Forum.

3.3. All kinds of publicity, attempts to get referrals, money offers/exchange/requests and the offer or request of services are prohibited in Forum posts/topics. Spam in our Forum with nonsense posts/messages, duplicated topics, illegal content, sharing email addresses, social website links and instant messenger IDs is also prohibited.

3.4. Any accusation without proof, intimidation, threat or disrespect against SnehAds and / or SnehAds staff / assistants, here or elsewhere will be seen as disrespectful and may lead to the removal of the privilege of using the Forum as well as the permanent suspension of your account, temporary suspension of membership or any other benefits.

3.5. You must respect other users in all of these areas under the penalty of being banned from them if you don't.

3.6.You have the right to express yourself without offending other users.

4. ANTI-CHEAT POLICY

4.1. Any attempt to hack into the system in any way will be logged.

4.2. You can't use anything that automates tasks or clicks advertisements for you, including, but not limited to any software, plug-in, script or auto-clicker.

4.3 We may or may not inform you that your account was suspended. In the first case, we will send you an email. In either case, you will be notified as soon as you try to use any of the services at SnehAds .

4.4 Sometimes we will warn you, sometimes we will not. In either way, when you request payout, our monitoring system will analyze your actions and take its own actions in return. Normally, attempts to hack the system will result in account suspension. Monitoring will be constant, to ensure our systems' stability and our users' accounts safety..

5. PAYMENT TO USERS.

5.1 All Payments will be made via Perfect Money, AitTm and payeer. No other method of payment is available at this time .

5.3. The minimum amount will always be $2. a fee can be deducted depending on the payment processor you use. If applicable, this fee, will be shown to you as a deduction amount before confirming the payment request.

5.4.Your may request payment only with the same payment processor as when they made their deposit.

5.5. Your payment processor must be verified.

5.6. Payment address must be unique and not shared with another user.

5.7. Payments are sent manually within 24 hours from upon request, but will be delivered within 3-5 business days (Mon-Fri) by said payment processor. There's no need to contact us if your payment is in Pending status less than 5 business days.

5.8. Users must specify a valid payment processor address when requesting their payment.

5.9. We are responsible only for submitting your payment to the payment processor. Any action after that is to be handled by the payment processor's support.

5.11. After requesting a payment, the user must wait 7 days before requesting another. This limit is lower in certain Membership Upgrade.

5.10. For security reasons, Snehads reserves the right to delay and cancel any payment request and ask for more information from a member.

5.12. If you request your payment but you are not eligible to receive funds or you have added a wrong id, you can not request for a refund. We are not responsible for your mistakes.

5.13. You’ll need to confirm your identity . You ll only able to withdraw using payment processor accounts used when making a purchase.

5.14. For security reasons Withdrawing Perfect Money, AirTm and payeer is only available to those who have used it to make a purchase. No cashout is issued to accounts with fake or ambiguous information.

6. ADVERTISEMENTS

6.1. We accept any kind of advertisement except for pages that break out of frames, have malicious code, redirect to another page, do not serve all content over HTTPS, have adult or illegal content, contain any kind of multi-level offers, contain referral sales and those that include gambling / betting, gambling content or are held by a gambling company. Also, any advertisement that uses SnehAds name for any unrelated services is not allowed. Your advertised webpage must load within 10 seconds as the progress bar counting the exposure period will begin by then. Your advertised website must be capable of supporting multiple visits per second.

6.2. Advertisements must viewed on mobile phones / tablets.

6.3. You, as a user, can only earn from each advertisement once each 24 hours

6.4. We reserve the right to deny any advertisement that we do not see fit to be displayed.

7. PAYMENTS TO SnehAds

7.1. Any fraud and / or fraudulent attempt related to payments can lead to the permanent suspension of your account.

7.2. All purchases and related payments concern digital content rendered at the time of purchase. Should you face any issue with any of your purchases, you can contact our support team by submitting a support ticket.

7.3. All payments are to be made using the links available at "your account". No other method of payment will be accepted.

7.4. All purchased items are nonrefundable

8. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

8.1. We have the right to suspend your account at any time for any valid reason including, but not limited to, the disrespect of our Terms of Service.

8.2. All suspended accounts will be archived and you cannot register using the same user name or email addresses.

8.3. Using of any kind of auto-clicker device, proxy or what so ever cheating method is prohibited. It leads to suspended.

8.4. After 30 consecutive days of inactivity, your account will be temporarily suspended and a positive Main Balance will be reset. An account that remains inactive for 60 consecutive days or for the first 72 hours after registration will be permanently suspended due to inactivity.

8.5. If your account is suspended and you are found in violation of these Terms of Service, all your balances will be forfeited and reset to zero. All referrals will be taken away, and fines / penalties may be applied. The only exception is a temporary suspension for inactivity which will only reset your main balance.

8.6. We won't delete users' accounts for any reason even if they are active or suspended.

9. LIABILITY

9.1. SnehAds will not be liable for any kind of delays or failures that are not directly related to SnehAds and therefore beyond our control.

9.2. SnehAds reserves the right to alter the Terms of Service at any time , including fees, special offers,benefits and rules, amongst others,and also reserves the right to cancel its services any time and without any notice with refunds given accordingly in this particular case. Any major modification of these terms and reasons for it will be previously announced excluding events out of our control, which will be announced when they occur.

9.3. SnehAds will not be held responsible for any of its users, advertisers or advertisements. This also includes every supplier we depend on..

9.4. English is the main language of this website. Any other language is translated from that main language and should any doubts arise when using any of those languages, then the English version shall prevail. We decline any responsibility in the case of an incorrect translation..

9.5. SnehAds is not responsible for any tax payment for you on what you receive from us. It's your responsiblity to declare what you've received and pay your country's taxes.
